About Our Company

​We began operating in 1975 as Davis Labs, offering services in waste treatment, engineering, and laboratory analysis. Today, all business units are consolidated under North American Construction Company. Davis & Brown is a wholly owned subsidiary of NACC.

Our current structure consists of three closely integrated business units: construction, engineering, and environmental services. Engineering and environmental services are still performed under the Davis & Brown name. Our O&M (operation & maintenance) group is part of environmental services.

Our business office is located in Florence, South Carolina. All resources are managed from this central location. Our Darlington, SC location provides a substantial amount of space for the equipment maintenance and material storage/staging needs of our construction group.

We employ from 50 to 70 people. In our endeavors to provide a full service approach to each project, we have maintained a well rounded staff of professionals who have education, experience, and expertise needed, but also have the ability to recognize opportunities to add value at the employee level and contribute more than expected, as creative people often do.

We have earned considerable recognition from our clients and competitors for continuing technical achievement, but we still attribute our lasting success to a solid commitment to quality and complete customer satisfaction.
