Weekly Update City of Darlington
Since Hurricane Florence, the City of Darlington has increased its mosquito spraying frequency to help control the adult mosquito population. Crews will spray nightly from 8 p.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday. The chemicals will not be sprayed if the drivers see residents outside or if it is raining. On Mondays and Wednesdays, drivers will spray along the alphabet streets; First, Second, and Third Streets; and across South Main Street from Limit Street to Park Street. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the truck will cover the country club, Oakdale, Williamson Park, and North Main Street neighborhoods.
