2020 Congressional Art Competition Members of the U.S. House of Representatives sponsor a nation-wide high school art competition each spring. The Congressional Art Competition provides an opportunity to recognize and encourage artistic talent. All high school students in our district can participate. The winning piece will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year and the artist will receive round-trip airfare to attend the national winners' reception in Washington D.C.
