The Darlington Housing Authority is a Public Housing Agency that helps provide decent, safe rental housing for low-income families, the elderly, veterans and persons with disabilities. The Darlington Housing Authority has a total of 168 subsidized affordable housing units and administers a total of 93 HCV (Housing Choice Vouchers). The HCV (Housing Choice Voucher) program provides rental assistance to low-income families who live in privately-owned rental properties.
